New York Comic Con 2026 is coming closer and closer. While the point of this website is NOT about conventions, but to be a true hub of everything we love, it will be our repreive of 4 days of living with no tomorrow. While we did had that earlier this year with Vegas, we never knew how much NYCC would be a needed space.
This week was particularly a rough one, as it was mother’s birthday and the anniversary of father’s passing (9/11 if you can believe it). With Andy “The Butcher” Williams passing recently and his birthday being the same as my father’s and if I wasn’t late would me and Andy would share not just the same day, but the same year.
NYCC is really looking up too. While we have nothing totally official for the show floor beyond a Crystal Lake activation, we do have the panels, an exhibitor list (although with some placeholders by activation builders) and artist alleys. There are also some off-site party events that are a IYKYK that are pretty exciting so far.
Look into her eyes. This isn’t fiction. This is real. It’s just looks like something, but it’s real.
Not totally sold on this animation but I loved this.
This looks like a really fascinating one. All based on real shit.
Exploring the evil that was the mother and the bully through longer lens and in a more modern world while staying true to the book and the lore? Yeah. I’m in.
Two flavors that don’t belong together that look like they made something amazing.
The Shards fell apart on the tail end due to show runners who didn’t understand the material or the tone established. I don’t think we’ll have that issue for this weird super cross over. Falchuck is involved and AHS writing vets, including a lore holder.
An important story guided by one of my favorite humans in Marlee.
Looks interesting.
I’m gonna watch this soon.
No interest in the game, but this prequel live action? Yes please. What a cast.
Looks amazing. Will definitely be doing my best to be at the NYCC panel.
Heeee!
An excellent section from the forthcoming concert documentary.
Super interesting. Is it a love story? A friendship? Less? More? I don’t know, which is intriguing
More theater on screens!
This being mega Meta as a writer writes about a writer who writes about writer.
So this advertisement legit looks like a movie trailer, it’s not. It’s a message of that a corporate company gives to charity when you buy a car from them. I think? Still if the first part was a movie? Damn that’s a good movie.
